Thank you for shopping with Bondi Summers! We hope you love your new sunglasses. At Bondi Summers, we take immense pride in the quality of our sunglasses.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or you would like a refund on a faulty item(s) please ensure you have read and understood our online Return Policy, Refund Policy and Returns
Process below to ensure a smooth process.
Returns Policy
• We offer store credits only for full priced items if you change your mind. We do not provide refunds, store credits are valid for 12 months.
• You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
• Please ensure that the sunglasses are unworn and free from any damage or signs of wear.
• Sunglasses must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, tags, and accessories.
• In the original, undamaged product packaging, such as sunglass bag and box;
• With a copy of the original purchase receipt (detailing the order number, customer name, address and date of order).
Please note: If we receive your return and it does not meet the above criteria, we will be unable to issue you store credit. In this case, the product will be returned to you (at your expense). Payment for return shipping will need to be made before the item leaves our warehouse.
Refund Policy
Each pair undergoes a meticulous quality control process before postage, to ensure they meet our highest standards. From inspecting the craftsmanship to verifying that every detail is perfect, our commitment to excellence is unwavering. We believe that delivering our superior products with a trusted shipping provider to our customers is not just a promise but a reflection of our dedication to quality and your satisfaction. On the rare occasion an item is deemed faulty due to manufacturing fault or defect, we are happy to provide a refund of the total purchase amount, or where possible provide a replacement product as set out in our Warranty Coverage.
Products deemed faulty are considered to have material or manufacturing flaws only that:
- - would have stopped you from buying it, if you had known about the fault (a fault being a flaw in the manufacturing);
- - are unsafe or create an unsafe situation (i.e parts of the product are broken or sharp and could cause physical harm);
- - are significantly different from the images or description presented.
A refund will not be issued for any or all of the following reasons:
- - If you changed your mind;
- - The product does not fit how you expected it would;
- - If you accidentally ordered the wrong product;
- - If you decided you did not like the product;
- - If you found the item cheaper somewhere else;
- - If you have no use for the product.
Provided the item(s) are deemed faulty upon return, we will also refund you for the shipping cost incurred to return the product for review. To ensure that this cost is included in your
refund amount, please ensure an official copy of the return shipping receipt is included in the return package. Unfortunately, if this document is not provided at the time of return, we will be unable to process this cost as part of your refund.
If an item is returned and not deemed faulty by our team, you will not be refunded and any costs that were incurred to return the product(s) for review will not be refunded.
Please be aware that refunds can only be made to the payment method or credit card used for the original purchase.

3. Receive Return Instructions:
After your return request is processed, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions on how to return your sunglasses.
4. Prepare Your Return Package:
Pack your sunglasses securely in their original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
Include the Return: Authorization Number and any other required documentation inside the package.
5. Ship the Return:
Send the package to the address specified in your return instructions.
6. Confirm Receipt:
Once we receive your returned sunglasses, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria.
You will be notified via email when your return is processed. Provided
the item(s) are deemed faulty upon return, we will also refund you for the
shipping cost incurred to return the product for review.
7. Refund or Exchange:
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
For exchanges, we will ship your new item within 5 business days of
processing the return, subject to product availability.

Scope of Warranty:
This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in the sunglasses, including issues with frames, lenses, and hinges.
It includes defects that were not caused by accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
What is Covered:
Defective Materials: Replacement or repair of sunglasses with defects in
materials used.
Workmanship: Correction of issues resulting from poor workmanship,
such as loose hinges or improper lens installation.
What is Not Covered:
Accidental Damage: Damage caused by drops, impacts, scratches, or other
accidents.
Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual deterioration from regular use, such as minor scratches or fading of color.
Misuse: Damage resulting from improper handling, unauthorised repairs, or alterations.
Lost or Stolen Items: Replacement or compensation for lost or stolen sunglasses.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
